Photo Accountability SPLIT TAGS
The same durable photo accountability tags designed to achieve two
tags on a single PVC card (CR90 only). This creates added value because we
can print two designs on one card even using separate colors designation
and then cut the tag to create two smaller tags while utilizing one CR90
card stock. There is a $0.90 per card cutting fee if we do the work using
a
flat cutter or save even more $$$$ and cut them yourself!

Due to a high demand for our Photo Accountability Tags,
FirstChoiceID.com is now offering stock photo
accountability tags. This format will benefit our customers by utilizing a
standard design (our CR90 mid sized tag created from our current customers
most requested designs for accountability) while also providing firefighter
specific photos, information and company patch or logo.
While this is considered a stock design format for printing, our customers
will maintain control of firefighter specific information needed for
individual department requirements.
This method streamlines the ordering of photo accountability tags making
it a fast, simple and economical endeavor. A 36 piece minimum initial
order is required, no minimum on re-prints after initial order is printed.
The 8 month price lock is honored to maintain your initial quantity cost
per tag on re-orders for a full 8 months!

your company patch or digital equivalent, and firefighter information on

information (most use a two tag per firefighter system), and we will email
back a Proposal/Authorization with the exact cost.
4) Enclose the CD with your payment and
Proposal/Authorization and mail to the address shown on order form.

after receipt of information. This process eliminated the custom samples
