Artwork and Setup Charges

One Time Set Up fee of $55.00 covers one hour of design time with numerous beta samples emailed for your approval or change orders.
Numerous e mailed beta samples are sent in JPEG or PDF format when we start your design process, this will provide the customer the opportunity to fine tune the look of the ID card and change, combine, or rework any or all of the designs before final art approval.
This process will also offer the opportunity to Images sent in this format are representations of the final art and not exact duplications of the final card. Clarity of the JPEG images are traditionally a bit grainy and do not give justice to our HDP card printing method which is very crisp and detailed.

Additional Time is charged in 15-minute increments at $12.00 per increment. Most orders can be designed in an hour by our highly talented design team. Simple designs may qualify for a reduced set up time cost.

Shipping and Handling
Orders will be shipped Priority Mail or UPS with confirmation of delivery. Tracking numbers are available. Most orders under 20 cards will be $4.50 shipping. Larger orders will be quoted at time of estimate

Data Entry of database material is $15.00 per hour. This covers us manually entering your employee information to our card software from hard copy (not in digital format such as Excel, Access, or Word for card and report production.
